Who is this for?
Catalog managers, Shopify agencies and merchants reviewing native product CSV changes before importing. This tool complements your import workflow; it does not perform the import.
Which file goes where?
Use a recent product export from your store as the current catalog. Use the edited CSV you intend to upload to Shopify as the proposed import. Filenames are shown in the review summary. We cannot automatically determine which file is newer or detect every reversed upload.
How do I try it?
Choose Load sample files on the checker. The files contain fictional products. Review the selected settings and click Check import. No Shopify account is connected.
Why does overwrite matter?
Match the setting you will use in Shopify. With overwrite selected, supported included fields can replace existing values. With overwrite off, matching products are skipped. An absent column and an explicitly blank value are different.
What does the report establish?
It reports supported structural problems and changes between two supplied snapshots. Unmatched handles are not necessarily new products in your store. Missing rows do not prove deletion. No issues found means only that the supported checks found none; it is not an import guarantee.
What is not checked?
Live store state, image loading and order, inventory locations, Markets, metafields, linked options and app-specific formats are not fully assessed. Read the report coverage before acting. XLSX, Matrixify and supplier-specific files are outside this beta.
Can I fix or download my import here?
Edit your original CSV in your own tools, then rerun the check. Download the findings CSV or print the report. We do not alter your original file or generate an automatically corrected import.
Are files retained?
This application processes uploads in memory without a catalog database or saved reports. Reports remain visible in your browser until cleared or the page is closed. Downloads and printouts remain on your device. See Privacy for details.
What does it cost?
The beta is free and has no billing. Paid plans or usage limits may be introduced later, with notice on this website before they take effect. You will not be charged unless you explicitly choose a paid plan. Previous free use will never be billed retroactively.
How do I get help?
Email contact@estatar.com with a description of the issue and, if useful, the rule ID. Do not email confidential catalogs, credentials or customer data. Support is not monitored around the clock.
