Operator and scope
Check My Import is operated by Ray & Rise LLC. Contact contact@estatar.com for privacy questions. This notice covers the hosted free beta. Render provides application hosting and processes uploaded files and technical request data to deliver the service. We will update this notice when accounts, billing or additional processing are introduced.
Uploaded files and reports
The application receives your two CSV files and selected settings to produce a comparison. Upload handling uses memory rather than application file storage. There is no catalog database or report history. The application does not intentionally log filenames, catalog values or report contents, and does not send them to Shopify or an AI provider. This is not a promise of forensic erasure from operating-system memory.
Browser and technical data
The service sets no application cookies and uses no analytics, advertising trackers or third-party fonts. Responses request no-store caching. Your browser holds selected files and the displayed report during use. Clear files & report removes those selections and displayed results; downloaded files and printouts are yours to delete. The hosting provider can record technical request data, including request paths, IP addresses, timestamps and errors, under its retention policies. The application has no saved catalog or report database. Do not include catalog data in URLs.
Support
If you email support, your address and message are processed through our existing Namecheap Private Email mailbox for contact@estatar.com and your own email provider. Send only the information necessary to investigate. Support correspondence is kept as needed to resolve the request and maintain necessary business records; contact us to request deletion or access, subject to applicable obligations.
Your choices and future changes
Use fictional sample data if you do not want to submit a catalog. Upload only data you are authorized to use, excluding customer information and credentials. We do not sell uploaded catalog information or use it for AI training. Material changes to processing will be disclosed before the affected feature is introduced.
