Beta terms
Updated October 1, 2026 · Free beta
Operator and eligibility
This beta is operated by Ray & Rise LLC, reachable at contact@estatar.com. You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the uploaded data. By using the service you agree to these terms. Check My Import is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify.
What the service provides
The tool compares supplied native Shopify product CSV files using a limited set of rules. It does not connect to your store, perform imports, provide backups or guarantee correctness, compatibility or loss prevention. Rules and Shopify behavior can change. Unsupported or ambiguous cases require manual verification.
Your responsibilities
Review all findings and coverage, keep appropriate backups, and confirm your intended Shopify import settings. You decide whether and how to import. Upload only authorized product data; do not upload customer data, secrets or unlawful content, probe other systems through this tool, or overload the service. You retain rights to your files and permit only their processing to provide the requested report.
Pricing and availability
The beta is free. There is no subscription, automatic charge or guaranteed support response time. Future paid access requires separately disclosed pricing and affirmative purchase. We may change or discontinue the beta, introduce paid plans or change free limits, with notice on this website before changes take effect. Previous free use will not be billed retroactively. Save any reports you need; no report recovery service is provided.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided as is and as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. It may contain errors or be unavailable. To that same extent, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits. Aggregate liability arising from this beta is limited to the greater of US $100 or fees paid for it during the preceding 12 months. These limits do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and concerns
North Carolina law governs these terms without displacing mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in North Carolina, subject to mandatory law and available small-claims rights. No arbitration or jury-trial waiver is required. Contact support to try to resolve a concern; this does not limit your legal rights or deadlines.
Privacy, intellectual property and changes
See the Privacy notice for data handling. The application and its original content remain the operator’s property; third-party trademarks belong to their owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of your catalog. Updated terms will be posted with their date.
